Our Shotley Flush Fitting Ceiling Light combines a simple, contemporary design with some old fashioned brass detailing to produce a stunningly elegant ceiling light that would look fabulous fitted in any room with limited head space or where pendant lights are impractical. The newest member of our Shotley family of lights, this ceiling version features a handblown, clear glass ‘bowl’ shade with a simple outline that gives it a contemporary edge.
Like all our flush-fitting ceiling lights, the Shotley is primarily designed for rooms with a low ceiling or narrow spaces where wall lights may take up too much space. It is also popular in bedrooms where the glass adds softness and serenity to a lighting scheme. The shade contrasts beautifully with its traditional brass ceiling rose, while the bright, reflective quality of the glass means this light makes the most of any available light without losing a sense of space.

Finish: Antiqued Brass: A beautiful, natural finish produced by distressing the brass to create a soft patina that is then treated with antiquing solution to speed up the natural tarnishing process and create a lovely aged look that will darken naturally over time. Antiqued Brass is an incredibly versatile finish that works well with any colourway and natural building materials such as brick, stone, plaster or woodwork and looks equally at home in a modern property as it does a period one.
