Handcrafted from solid, natural brass that has been gently antiqued for an aged look, it also features dainty drip trays and a flush fitting backplate that retains the look of a traditional light. All Jim Lawrence lights are made using traditional metal working techniques and are hand finished to the very highest standards here at our Suffolk workshop. The Double Station has a compact, weighty quality that befits its handmade nature and is designed to suit modern and period properties. This is a flush fitting light so you may need to use an architrave box and reducer lid behind the backplate to hide the wiring if you cannot make a cavity in your wall - see Our Backplates Explained. We recommend our LED Clear Candle Bulb as the perfect accompaniment to your light as it is designed to replicate the traditional look of an incandescent bulb, lights up instantly, is dimmable and will flood your room with a soft warm light. The Double Station is not supplied with shades but we have a huge collection of handmade candle clip shades in a multitude of colours to find your perfect match.
