A striking, statement wall light with oversized, gently curving lines and a contemporary feel. The Cranleigh will draw your eye wherever it is fitted so is perfect for defining a space in a sitting room, dinging space or bedroom. We think it looks wonderful paired with our beautiful, handmade range of
Carlyle Half Shades (sold separately) that hug the wall, making an ideal wall sconce for a narrow hallway or small room where you want to make the most of the space and add a little personality without using accessories that can create a sense of clutter.
All Jim Lawrence lights are made from the best natural brass and high grade steel materials and handcrafted using traditional metalworking techniques at our Suffolk workshops. This Cranleigh is made from forged iron that is painted matt black for a smart, uniform appearance. We recommend our small bayonet,
SBC Candle LED Filmament Bulb as the perfect accompaniment to your light as it is energy efficient, has the look of a heritage bulb and gives off a wam white light.
Supplied with:
- Fixing screw in the same finish
- Bulb and shade sold separately

FINISH: MATT BLACK - a traditional metalworking technique used since Tudor times. The metal is heated until it darkens and then dipped in natural beeswax which gives it a lovely soft black wrought iron effect that looks fabulous in any traditional or contemporary interior. As beeswax is a natural finish that reacts with the underlying metal during the forging process, it often has a subtle, slightly mottled patina with undertones of deep grey or ochre. It is not waterproof, so will need to be re-waxed occasionally.
