A stunning 4 gang rotary dimmer switch hand crafted from high quality steel, polished to a deep gunmetal grey that will add a touch of contemporary style to any room in your home. Our dimmer switch plates are all made with a slimline brass or steel back plate that sits flush against the wall, with either a straight bevelled edge for a sleek, modern look to your fittings, or an uneven, hammered edge for a more rustic feel.
Jim Lawrence dimmers incorporate 250w trailing edge modules that are suitable for good quality dimmable LED bulbs, incandescent bulbs and dimmable CFL bulbs. They are also compatible with good quality dimmable electronic transformers. The minimum load on the dimmer module is 10w. Each dimmer switch is 2 way which means it can be used for switching lights from either one or two places. Higher wattage dimmer modules are available on request. Finish
Polished Lacquer: This really showcases the stunning natural patina of the metal and is a great choice for a contemporary home or to update a traditional one. To produce the gunmetal grey colour, we polish the metal then seal it with a high gloss clear lacquer to create a finish with great durability. The texture and patina of the iron itself gives the product character which looks wonderful with a grey or natural colour way and works particularly with other metallic finishes such as nickel. It also looks great against natural building materials such as brick, stone, plaster or woodwork and looks equally as good in a modern property as it does a period one.
