Our Cheltenham is a stunning wall light made from solid, nickel plated brass that has a smack of industrial chic about it. With its beautifully fluted, slightly opaque, hand blown glass shade, the Cheltenham's design is reminiscent of art deco styles that were popular during the interwar years when designers looked to modern architecture, ships, motor cars and trains for geometric patterns they could recreate around the home.
The Cheltenham has a vintage glamour that will add personality to any scheme, and looks fabulous either side of a bathroom mirror. It can also be used outdoors although we recommend it is kept undercover such as in a porch. All
Jim Lawrence products are made using traditional metal working techniques and are hand finished to the highest standard at our Suffolk workshop. This one is made from solid, natural brass that is nickel plated for a clean, crisp contemporary feel that suits both contemporary and period properties.

CAN I CHOOSE THIS LIGHT IN A DIFFERENT FINISH? - We can often make our products in a different colour as a bespoke modification, as long as the alternative is a Jim Lawrence painted finish. We cannot change the base metal of the product if it is not already offered as such; ie we can't make a brass product into a steel one and visa versa. Call our customer service team on

e don't recommend it. During testing we could not guarantee there was no water infiltration, therefore we would always advise it be fitted vertically.
CAN I USE THIS LIGHT ABROAD? -
The Cheltenham cannot be adapted to take a different bulb holder, however, you can still use it in countries with the same 230V mains electric current at the UK, such as Europe, Australia, New Zealand and parts of Africa and the Middle East as long as you are happy to keep the design as it is.
