Our solid steel Canterbury Lantern is a stunningly handsome outdoor pendant light that will instantly draw your eye thanks to its imposing proportions. Designed to illuminate your front door, porch or gateway, it has a robust quality and timeless elegance that will suit modern as well as period properties. In its making, we were inspired by the beauty of Georgian and Victorina carriage lanterns that we have reimagined in simpler, more contemporary, yet practical style for today’s homes. Our Canterbury is hand forged from high quality steel that has been painted our smart, hard wearing Matt Black and is IP rated 23.
We have cleverly designed the Canterbury so it can be used as a wall light if hung from one or our specially designed wall brackets that can be purchased separately. Not stopping there, we have also created our Large Canterbury Lantern in the same design but with even larger proportions for those looking to make an even bigger impact!

Finish: Matt Black - a clean uniform finish which looks fantastic in any contemporary or traditional interior. To achieve it, the paint is applied with a powder coating process which creates a smooth, hardwearing surface that is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
