This ceiling mounted Ship's Light has been hand crafted from solid, natural brass that has been lightly antiqued for a subtle, aged look and has a lovely tactile quality that befits its handmade nature. Our Ship's Light has a robust, hand blown glass shade encompassed in a coastal-style brass cage that is
IP rated 44, which means it suitable for outdoor areas.

Jim Lawrence lights are made using traditional brass working techniques and are hand finished to the very highest standards here at our Suffolk workshop. We recommend our
Classic GLS LED Bulb as the perfect accompaniment for your light as it gives off a warm white light, lights to full strength immediately and is dimmable. The Ships light can also be bought as a wall mounted version.
Kindly note, glass is a natural resource and as each piece is individually hand blown, slight imperfections may occasionally occur such as ripples and small bubbles.

Finish: Antiqued - A beautiful, natural finish produced by distressing the brass to create a soft patina that is then treated with antiquing solution to speed up the natural tarnishing process and create a lovely aged look that will darken naturally over time.
