Our expert team of seamstresses create beautiful made-to-measure curtains from our collection of over 60 elegant country-tyle fabrics inspired by the landscape around Jim and Sheena's Suffolk Farm.

Our extensive range comes in a variety of designs and colours, with special emphasis on natural fibres such as silks, linens, wools and pure cottons - perfect for creating curtains with a stunning, modern rustic style in your home.

A NOTE ABOUT SILK DUPION

As a raw fabric, fading and deterioration may occur over time, especially in sunlight, so we do not recommend silk dupion for curtains and blinds or for lampshades placed in or near a window. Please take a look at our lovely collection of Faux Silks that we have sourced for customers wanting the look and feel of pure silk in a more robust fabric.

We recommend that all silk curtains and blinds are lined and interlined to protect the face fabric but even then, fading and may occur over time especially in darker colours.

2. MEASURE YOUR WINDOWS

The first step to measuring for new curtains is to measure the length of pole or baton you need to hang them.
We then need to know how long you would like your curtains to hang. This is called the drop. Our soft furnishings team will use these measurements to calculate how much fabric you need.

PENCIL PLEAT

Just the right touch of classic simplicity

COTTAGE PLEAT

Perfect for creating a charming country feel.

TRIPLE PINCH PLEAT

A smart formal choice with elegant proportions

TAILORED PLEAT

New to our range, this clean inverted pleat heading offers understated simplicity.

DOUBLE PINCH PLEAT

Similar to the triple pinch pleat but more relaxed.

4. SELECT YOUR LINING

All our made to measure curtains and blinds can be supplied with a variety of lining options depending on your requirements.

UNLINED

Creates an airy effect; ideal for voiles or soft linens. Unlined curtains are a great way of gently shading a window whilst maintaining an element of natural light within the room.

LINED

Choose from 3 neutral colourways, cream, ivory or white.

INTERLINED

Interlining your blinds adds a soft extra layer of fabric within the blind that helps to protect the fabric from harmful sunlight and provides insulation.

BLACKOUT

Our blackout material is available in cream and helps protect the curtain against sunlight and provides insulation so does not need to be combined with any of our other linings.
