Our Cheltenham is a stunning wall light handmade from solid natural brass that combines the very best of period styling with modern technology to produce a beautiful yet robust light with a smack of industrial chic about it. With its beautifully fluted, slightly opaque, individually hand blown glass shade, it is reminiscent of art deco styles that were popular during the 1920s when designers looked to modern architecture, ships, motor cars and trains for geometric patterns they could recreate around the home.
The Cheltenham has a vintage glamour that will add personality to any bathroom scheme and looks fabulous hung either side of a bathroom mirror, sink or vanity unit. All
Jim Lawrence lights are made using traditional metal working techniques and are hand finished to the very highest standards here at our Suffolk workshop.

rated IP44 What are IP Ratings? Finish: Antiqued Brass: A beautiful, natural finish produced by distressing the brass to create a soft patina that is then treated with antiquing solution to speed up the natural tarnishing process and create a lovely aged look that will darken naturally over time.

CAN I CHOOSE THIS LIGHT IN A DIFFERENT FINISH? - We can often make our products in a different colour as a bespoke modification, as long as the alternative is a Jim Lawrence painted finish. We cannot change the base metal of the product if it is not already offered as such; ie we can't make a brass product into a steel one and visa versa. e don't recommend it. During testing we could not guarantee there was no water infiltration therefore we would always advise it be fitted vertically.
CAN I USE THIS LIGHT ABROAD? -
The Cheltenham cannot be adapted to take a different bulb holder, however, you can still use it in countries with the same 230V mains electric current at the UK, such as Europe, Australia, New Zealand and parts of Africa and the Middle East as long as you are happy to keep the design as it is.
