We love a flush fitting wall light as we feel it retains the classic look of a traditional wall sconce enabeling your fttings to sit neatly up agains a wall. However, you will need to make a cavity in your wall to house the wiring. If you have solid brick, stone, or plaster and lathe walls, you may not be able to create a cavity in which case we suggest you use a pattress, consult your electrician about a surface mounting box or look at our range of wall lights with a raised backplate.
