DESCRIPTION The Peterhouse is our take on the stylish desk lamps found in city banks, libraries and Victorian town halls across the country where elegant, subdued lighting is key. Hand crafted from natural, solid brass that has been antiqued for a subtle, aged effect, the Peterhouse features a classic, elongated shade that directs its light downwards – perfect for a study or writing table. All Jim Lawrence lights are handcrafted using traditional metalworking techniques that have been passed down through the generations and are finished to the highest standards here at our Suffolk workshop. The Peterhouse is supplied with bronze brown braided cable and a shade that can be adjusted through 45 degrees. This lamp requires a small bayonet bulb (SBC, B15). We recommend our Classic LED Candle bulb as the perfect partner as it is dimmable, long lasting and gives off a lovely warm white light.
